Helios Technologies (NYSE:HLIO) on Monday said it has executed a definitive agreement for the sale of Custom Fluidpower to Questas Group.
The all-cash transaction is valued at about $83 million AUD (~$54 million USD), representing an increase of about $48 million AUD above the acquisition
