KKR commences senior notes offering

KKR & Co. (NYSE:KKR) announced on Monday the commencement of an offering of senior notes.

Shares were +0.50% pre-market to $143.26.

The terms of the sale were not disclosed.

Net proceeds are intended to be used for the repurchase and refinancing of existing indebtedness of the unit, KKR Financial Holdings, and general corporate purposes.
