I've been using a Moccamaster at home for years now, and it's held up well. It's a reliable machine, and if you buy quality beans (and particularly if you grind them at home), it makes an excellent cup of coffee. It brews up to 10 cups, with the option to brew a half or full carafe. The cone-shaped brew basket steeps the coffee for 4-6 minutes, extracting more flavor from the beans. The boiling element heats water to a brewing temperature around 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and automatically shuts off when the water reservoir is empty.
