STERIS CFO to step down, successor named

Michael J. Tokich, STERIS’s (NYSE:STE) chief financial officer since 2008, will step down on August 18, 2025, after 17 years in the role.
Karen L. Burton, current VP and chief accounting officer, will succeed him as Senior VP and CFO.
Tokich will transition to senior financial advisor, reporting to the CEO.
